CEVT (China Euro Vehicle Technology AB), an automotive innovation center within the Geely Group, implemented Teamcenter® Product Configurator from Siemens Digital Industries Software to manage product complexity and configuration variability across its global vehicle development programs.

Facing challenges related to rapidly expanding product platforms, multiple vehicle variants and global collaboration requirements, CEVT adopted Teamcenter to establish a single source of truth for product configuration data. The solution enabled early validation of product structures, improved cross-department collaboration and ensured consistent information flow across engineering, R&D and product planning teams.

By leveraging configuration-driven product development, CEVT enhanced modular design reuse, accelerated vehicle development and laid the foundation for a complete digital twin across the product lifecycle.
